1. Set the Tone with 100th Day Decorations

Transform your classroom into a celebration zone! Hang up banners, balloons, and streamers that shout “100 Days of School.” You can even use printable station signs to label activity areas and guide students through the day.

2. Kick Off with a 100th Day Crown Craft

Start the day with a simple craft like decorating 100th day crowns.

Students can personalize their crowns with markers, stickers, or by gluing on 100 small objects like pom-poms or beads.

These make for great photos to share with parents!

3. Set Up Engaging 100th Day Stations

Rotating stations are a great way to keep students excited and on-task. Here are some station ideas to try:

  • Counting Bears: Students count out 100 bears and organize them into groups.
  • Cup Stacking: Challenge students to build towers with 100 cups.
  • Donut Dot Activity: Use a cotton swab to make 10 dots on 10 donuts
  • Pattern Blocks: Create a design using exactly 100 blocks.
  • Use station signs to help students navigate your room.

4. Incorporate Movement with GoNoodle or Dancing

Let students burn off energy with a GoNoodle dance party or a “100 Seconds of Dancing” challenge. It’s a great way to keep the celebration lively!

5. Get Creative with Crafts

In addition to crowns, provide students with other 100th day-themed crafts, such as:

Bookmarks: Color and count by 10.

Door Hangers: Celebrate reaching 100 days of school.

Watches: Students can create paper watches that show “100 Days!”

6. Incorporate Math with Fun Activities

Use the 100th day as an opportunity to practice math skills. Try activities like:

  • Rolling dice to reach 100.
  • Counting by 5s, 10s, or 20s to 100.
  • Measuring out 100 items like paperclips or erasers.

7. Keep Students Engaged with Bonus Worksheets

Throw in some no-prep worksheets to keep the day running smoothly.

These can include a 100th day maze, color-by-number activities, and dot-to-dot puzzles featuring the number 100.

8. Add a Literacy Component

Have students write about what they would do with $100 or what they’ll look like in 100 years. Pair this with drawing activities for a fun and imaginative station.

9. Snack Time with a 100th Day Twist

Prepare a snack mix with 100 small pieces (e.g., 10 each of pretzels, M&Ms, raisins, etc.).

Students can count out their own portions to create a tasty treat.

For an easier option, use cookies that can make the number 100.

10. Capture the Day with Photos

Set up a photo booth with 100th day props like glasses, hats, and signs. These keepsake photos are perfect for newsletters or classroom displays.
